Most items are handmade to order, so you can expect delivery to take place between 7 & 10 days from the date of the order. We will endeavour to make the delivery earlier where possible. We give you various delivery options and always get a Proof of Postage receipt. If you wish you can use recorded delivery as this allows us to track your package and confirms delivery to you by means of a signature on receipt.
If you require your goods for a specific date please email us before placing the order and we will be able to confirm if delivery can take place urgently, in which case it is advisable to use the Special Delivery Service (next day delivery if ordered before 1pm, excluding weekends.)
Please note, frames and mirrors have slightly different postage costs which are detailed on the individual product description pages.
We take pride in the quality of our jewellery and in our service. Please be aware that great care has been taken to accurately represent the colour of our jewellery, however pearls and shell products such as Mother of Pearl and Paua are natural products, and as such some variation of colour can & should be expected.
You can always email with any particular colour requests and we will do our best to accommodate these wishes.
If the items you have chosen do not meet with your approval, you can return them to us within 14 days of receipt (unworn and in the original packaging) and we will be happy to exchange the items or refund the cost of the items via the original method of payment within 28 days. If items are returned outwith the 14 day period then returns will be accepted at the discretion of Girl Paua and a credit note may be issued.
Please note that pierced earrings cannot be returned for hygiene reasons, unless faulty.
If the item is faulty, or there has been an error on our part, we will refund the full cost together with the postage costs. Delivery charges are non refundable unless goods are deemed faulty. It is recommended that you use Recorded Delivery or Special Delivery for any returns as refunds are only made on receipt of returned item. Sale items are non refundable. If you do wish to return an item to us, please contact us by e-mail for an authorisation code & return address prior to returning the item.
